Laura Seyfang
Board Chair and Executive Director
Laura spent her professional career as a Production Manager in automotive factories, Executive Director for the American Red Cross, and founding director of the Big Sky Community Housing Trust. She is an active community problem solver and volunteer, leading the Community Support Group for Seasonal Workers, Big Sky Rotary officer, All Saints Joint Council President and trustee for the newly formed Big Sky Hospital/Wellness District.

Shawna Bennett

Shawna Bennett has over 20 years experience in senior care. She was a board member for My Own Home, which helped seniors secure services to maintain independent living. She was a board member and court appointed guardian for Latah County Board of Guardians.Â

Eileen Coil
Secretary
Eileen Coil is passionate about enriching quality of life through advocacy, wellness activities, and community engagement. With a background in occupational therapy and as the current Programs Director at Big Sky Community Organization, she is dedicated to empowering people to thrive by fostering meaningful social connections through recreation. A Big Sky resident since 2011, Eileen has a passion for supporting older adults and creating opportunities for seniors to be active and independent in our community.Â

Amy Vance
Vice Chair

Amy Vance is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse, serving the Big Sky community at the B2 Clinic and Bozeman Hospital. She provides both inpatient and outpatient palliative care, with a passion for supporting individuals with complex conditions. Amy founded Big Sky Bandage, a non-profit with a mission to alleviate the financial burden of medical bills for employees and residents of Big Sky.

Kent Volosin MD
TREASURER
As a former practicing cardiologist and hospital administer, Kent has seen first hand the needs of the community, along with  solutions that Aging Well Big Sky will endeavor to create.  He currently works part time in cardiology based medical research. Kent has been a Shoshone Condo Owner’s Association board member, BSOA board member, and is currently on theBenefit Big Sky board and is part of Big Sky Search and Rescue.  Â

Wendy Mendenhall

Seasoned executive and board leader with 30+ years of experience in international business, governance, and organizational leadership. Wendy also brings eight years of experience as the primary caregiver for her 90-year-old mother, adding resilience, empathy, and practical problem-solving to her leadership perspective.
